Sapphire insert nozzles

Our sapphire nozzles are mainly used in the field of concrete renovation and removal on hand lances. Our many years of experience have resulted in three high-quality nozzle types. Thanks to our sophisticated union nut system, the nozzle is quickly mounted on the hand lance, as you no longer need a sealing lens and other sealing rings.

The heart of the nozzle is the sapphire, which is completely manufactured by mvt. This ensures a uniform and high quality. All sapphires are checked for scratches, cracks and flowrate. Through the guide sleeve we achieve an optimal water flow to the sapphire and the stone holder reduces the through hole, and serves the safety if a sapphire shatters.
