The evolution of the M10 nozzle

mvt AG has been your leading specialist producer of high-performance nozzles for several decades. As one of the first manufacturers to develop a M10 nozzle, we have been able to draw on our experience to constantly perfect this model.
Type 964 was produced for use on rotary nozzles and multi-cavity tools. Performance improvements of up to 20% have been measured on some rotary nozzles thanks to the type 964’s flow stabilizer. The most recent innovation, which has been available since the start of January 2020, is the type 965-cer. The ceramic insert and continuous shape make the jet much more aggressive – which is precisely why it achieves a higher material removal rate. In the demarcation zone, very high service lives of up to 150 hours at a constant pressure of 2500 bar were measured on the spider gears of trucks.
